We’re delighted to share some exciting news from The Beauty Place. Our team has grown, and we are thrilled to welcome Shreya, our new Front of House Coordinator, who has now joined us to support and elevate your experience from the moment you arrive.

Shreya will be working alongside Gemma on our front desk, ensuring that every visit feels calm, organised, and beautifully seamless. From greeting you warmly to managing calls, emails, and enquiries with professionalism and care, she is here to help make every part of your journey with us feel as effortless as the treatments themselves.

With Shreya joining our front of house team, we’re pleased to share an update we know many of our clients will appreciate:our door will no longer need to be locked between appointments.

There will now always be someone at the desk to welcome you, answer questions, and assist you throughout the day — ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted experience from start to finish.

With this update, here’s a reminder of our opening hours:

Meet Shreya — In Her Own Words

"Hi! I’m Shreya, and I’m really excited to be joining The Beauty Place team.

I’ve spent the last several years in customer-facing roles, from luxury hospitality to client-focused marketing, and I’ve always loved creating experiences that feel warm, personal, and genuinely supportive. Whether I was looking after guests at The Oberoi or collaborating closely with clients and teams in my recent roles, building meaningful connections has always been the part of my work I enjoy most.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my camera, capturing little moments and city life through photography. I’m also a big theatre fan — whether it’s a small local production or something on a bigger stage, I enjoy the creativity and storytelling of it all.

In my new role at The Beauty Place, I’m really looking forward to getting to know our clients, understanding what makes them feel their best, and helping create an experience that feels welcoming, thoughtful, and special every time they visit."
