appointments
Please arrive on time and not early for your appointment. Late arrival may result in shortened treatment time. Treatments will be charged at full price.
change and cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Late changes or cancellations, including missed appointments, will result in the full charge of the treatment being made.

mobile phones
For the relaxation of all clients, we ask that mobile phones remain on silent mode and that calls are not made whilst in the clinic.

courses
All courses must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments being deducted from your course.
​
deposits
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with our Change and Cancellation Policy.
children
For consideration to other clients, we kindly ask that babies and children are not brought into the clinic.
