Skin Ultimate contains five top-of-the-range beauty supplements for a bright, even complexion; healthy, shiny hair* as well as nourished nails. Each pod features a daily dose of following: Skin Antioxidant, Skin Vit A+, Skin Omegas+, Skin Asta-boost and Skin Co-Q10+.
Please note that Advanced Nurition Programme have recently updated the colour of the Skin Antioxidant and Skin CoQ10+. Skin Antioxidant is now a purple capsule, derived from purple carrot extract, rather than green and white. Additionally Skin CoQ10+ has changed from green to a caramel coloured capsule, it owes its new hue to sugar cane.

**Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. Vitamin A has a role in the process of cell specialisation.
Directions: Take the contents of one pod (5 capsules) daily with a meal or as your health professional advises. For best absorption take with a main meal. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.

One capsule provides: Betacarotene 2.5mg (equivalent to vitamin A 417μg) (52% NRV), Bilberry fruit 5mg, Turmeric root 12.5mg, Grapeseed extract 25mg, Green tea extract 12.5mg, Lutein 4mg, Lycopene 2mg.
Skin Vit A+
One capsule provides: Vitamin A 5000iu / 1500µg RE (188% NRV), Vitamin D 400iu / 10µg (200% NRV)
Skin Omegas+
One softgel provides: Vitamin A 200iu / 60µg RE (7.5% NRV), Fish oil 570mg (providing omega 3 fatty acids), EPA 178mg, DHA 119mg, Evening Primrose Oil 297mg (providing omega 6 fatty acids), GLA 25mg
Skin Asta -Boost
One softgel provides: Astaxanthin 5% (AstaReal®) 80mg (equivalent to 4mg astaxanthin) Biotin 50µg (100% NRV)
