About the Role:

We’re looking for a therapist who is positive, confident, and passionate about delivering high-quality treatments.

You should be experienced in providing:
✔ Waxing, including intimate waxing
✔ Eyelash and eyebrow tinting and shaping
✔ Massage
✔ Facials

​

Experience in the following is an advantage:

✔ Electrolysis hair removal
✔ Makeup application
✔ Environ Skincare

​

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences
✔ Deliver exceptional beauty treatments with professionalism and care
✔ Maintain a clean and organised workspace
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
✔ Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
✔ Promote products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
✔ Assist with general salon duties and reception as needed
 

What We’re Looking For:

✔ NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
✔ Experience preferred, but we are open to hiring a newly qualified therapist with the right attitude and eagerness to learn

✔ The ideal candidate will be:

• Happy and positive

• A good listener and communicator

• Mature and confident

• A team player who takes pride in their work

• Detail-oriented with excellent client care skills
   

Working Hours:

· Full-time and part-time positions available (19-40 hours per week, negotiable)

· Must be available to work at least one late evening (Weds/Thurs until 7pm)

· Every other Saturday off (full-time) / One in four Saturdays off (part-time)
